CHASE is extremely grateful to the many charitable trusts and foundations that donate grants towards our work.

Their support is essential to allow us to provide respite breaks, emergency, end of life care and bereavement support to life-limited children, young people and their families. Charitable trusts and foundations have provided funds for specific projects, the purchase of specialist equipment, supported salary costs for nurses and carers and have enabled CHASE to develop our services to cater for future needs. We have opportunities for funders of all sizes and would be pleased to discus our ongoing work and current priorities with you. |
