Donating to CHASE ensures we are able to continue supporting life-limited children and their families. Any contribution, no matter how small is greatly appreciated. There are several ways to donate to CHASE:

Gift Aid
Please remember to click the Gift Aid box when you donate! This means CHASE can reclaim the tax you have already paid on your donation.
Please see our Gift Aid Declaration Form for further information, and return this to CHASE if you have not yet made a Gift Aid declaration.
Sole Traders and Partnerships can also Gift Aid donations to charity, as these are classed as personal donations. Please see our Gift Aid Form for Partnerships and Sole Traders for more information or to complete a business Gift Aid form.
