Setup a Friends Group
If you would like to set up a Friends Group, we can give you all the help you need. The first step is to get in touch with our friendly and experienced fundraising team.
You can then get the ball rolling in whatever way you feel most comfortable. For example, holding a coffee morning or a luncheon are great ways of both raising funds and spreading the word.
As your confidence and supporters grow, you'll be amazed at the number of opportunities that arise - both for fundraising, and meeting new people who may be keen to lend a hand. Some Friends Groups now have many members, who raise funds together from almost anything - from bring & buy sales to auctions of promises to gala evenings.
We will provide you with a handbook covering everything, from the materials we can supply, to the best ways to plan an event. And remember, we are always happy to talk with you about your plans, and help out if needed!
