On 1 April 2011 CHASE hospice care for children and The Shooting Star Children's Hospice joined together to become Shooting Star CHASE.
Together we will support over 500 familes with a child or teenager not expected to reach their 19th birthday. Our charity will help families living in western London, Surrey and West Sussex.
